Home Health Licensed Practical Nurse New

Pride Health is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health to support our client’s medical facility in Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. This is a 13-week assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization!

Job Summary:

• Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health. 40 hours per week (5x8s, Days: 9 am to 5 pm)

• LPN SC state license or compact state license required

• BLS (AHA)

• Valid Drivers License

• High School Diploma/GED

Licensed Practical Nurse - Home Health:

• Administering medications, including injections and oral medications.

• Monitoring vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure, respiration).

• Providing wound care, including dressing changes and infection monitoring.

• Assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, and eating.

• Performing basic procedures like catheter care and specimen collection.

Experience required:

• Two years experience as an LPN/LVN in a clinical setting, preferably in a home health or hospice setting required.

• Weekly Travel Pay Range: $1550/week to $1640/week
